Nelson!!!!
To address your comment nelson, animals are affected by fires. Large animals, such as horses, are left behind in stables while people evacuate, and smaller animals, such as cats and dogs, can be left behind in the rush to escape. The primary concern of a firefighter is not the safety of your animals but your Safety!

I really liked how this group took a personal stance on the questions on the blog, like this one. They created another post just to answer Nelson's question. (Zach)
